E-Estate has been operating in Puerto Princesa, Palawan since April 2001. It is owned and managed by Miss Editha J. Tibay. Prior to the formation of E-Estate, Editha was involved in real-estate in Palawan for 3 years, and is acknowledged as a leading real estate professional in the province. As part of the company advancement program, on the year 2007, Estate Real Estate Services has been transformed into a highly regarded and organized corporation, acknowledged and known as E-Estate Palawan Development Corporation and of which was continuously managed by its President Miss Editha J. Tibay.
