other accommodation in Puerto Princesa, the capital of
Palawan, Philippines. Contact details are

have found it uneconomic to deal with accommodation bookings, so
regrettably cannot make bookings for you. The hotels are often full,
especially in the peak season and when there are conferences and special
events in the city. You are therefore advised to book early. The larger
hotels in particular require advance payment to ensure your room is
reserved, another reason we cannot make bookings on your behalf as we do
not accept credit cards. If you are coming to view property, please let us know your arrival date and time as far in advance as possible, and your preferred property visit schedule. We will be happy to meet you at the airport if you wish. It is not far from the E-Estate office. Please note that if you wish to view properties you will be charged rental for the car. Viewing property in Palawan is not only very time consuming, but involves great distances and hard wear and tear on vehicles. Free transport would mean it being uneconomic to sell property here. Prices are low, so too are commissions. Transport costs are international.
