OVERVIEW:
This property comprises two titled lots of 23,265 sq. meters and 34,547 sq. meters for a total of 57,812 sq. meters. It is rectangle in shape and flat to gently sloping. The property is split in the middle by a seasonal stream and the land gently slopes inward towards the stream. It has an incredible view of the rain forest mountains where the Estrella Falls are located and the ocean can be seen in the distance from one spot on the land. Butterflies and dragonflies abound on the property.  

REACHING THE PROPERTY:
This property is located near the village of Estrella, approximately 1 1/2 hours south of Puerto Princesa, which is the capital of Palawan. Estrella Falls is 300 meters from the property and visitors must pass by the entrance to this property to get to the falls.

FACILITIES:
The city of Narra is about 20 minutes south and has schools, market, etc.

POTENTIALS:
The falls are not part of the property but are managed as a public park by rangers. Estrella Falls is one of six designated tourist destinations in Palawan but lacking in facilities. This property is in an ideal location for an eco-resort and would be welcomed by the local government.
